General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the online store operated by STAŠA DESIGN, obrt za modni dizajn, vl. Staša Randall, Pula, Kolhiđanska ulica 5, OIB 07094459232. By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The online store is operated by STAŠA DESIGN, obrt za modni dizajn, vl. Staša Randall, Pula, Kolhiđanska ulica 5, Kolhiđanska ulica 5, PULA, 52100, Pula, Hrvatska, OIB 07094459232 (hereinafter: “Seller”).
1.2. For all questions, requests, and notices, you may contact us at info@stasadesign.com.
1.3. These Terms apply to all users and customers of the website and online store.
1.4. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete data when placing an order.
2. Changes to the Terms
2.1. The Seller may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes.
2.2. The version valid at the moment of order placement applies to that order.
3. Formation of the Sales Contract
3.1. Product display in the online store is an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer.
3.2. The contract is considered concluded when the Seller confirms the order and/or dispatches the goods.
3.3. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. stock or technical issues), the Seller reserves the right to reject the order and refund any paid amount.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.2. Delivery costs are shown separately during checkout.
4.3. Payment methods are shown during the checkout process.
4.4. In case of obvious pricing errors, the Seller is not obliged to complete the sale at an incorrect price.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
5.2. Estimated delivery times are informational and may vary depending on logistics and external factors.
5.3. Upon receipt, the customer should inspect the package and report visible transport damage immediately to the courier.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason, unless exceptions under applicable law apply.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear statement to info@stasadesign.com before the withdrawal period expires.
6.3. Returned goods must be sent without undue delay, in appropriate condition, and in line with legal requirements.
6.4. The customer bears direct return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
6.5. Refunds are issued using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed, after legal return conditions are met.
7. Complaints and Non-Conforming Goods
7.1. The customer has rights regarding material defects and non-conforming goods under applicable Croatian and EU consumer law.
7.2. Complaints may be submitted by email to info@stasadesign.com or in writing to the registered address of the Seller.
7.3. The complaint should include order details, a description of the issue, and, where possible, supporting photos.
8. Rights and Obligations of the Seller
8.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver ordered products and provide truthful and clear information about products and services.
8.2. The Seller may temporarily suspend website availability for maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or force majeure.
8.3. The Seller is not liable for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
9. Rights and Obligations of the Customer
9.1. The customer is obliged to pay the purchase price and delivery costs and to accept delivery.
9.2. The customer is responsible for any diminished value of returned goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functionality.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (including GDPR).

11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All content on this website (text, visuals, design, trademarks, and other materials) is protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
11.2. Any reproduction, distribution, or other use without prior written consent of the rights holder is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. These Terms and all contracts concluded through the online store are governed by Croatian law.
12.2. The parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably whenever possible.
12.3. In case of court proceedings, jurisdiction belongs to the competent court in the Republic of Croatia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
