SS23 COLLECTION
The new collection for spring/summer 2023 is a game with some new colors.
This collection was a small experiment with colors, for the first time I dared to add some stronger colors to my collection. It was very challenging for someone who always sticks to her neutral colours, but maybe sometimes it’s good to bring in a little refreshment.The palette of colours used in this collection are blue-blue and it is the one that prevails, olive green, black, the colour of sand, white and then we are joined by yellow green and coral pink for a real summer refreshment.
In this collection, I paid great attention to the materials. Recycled polyester REPREVE is a novelty.
REPREVE has transformed billions of recycled plastic bottles into sustainable polyester. Using the most modern textile technology, REPREVE®️ provides greater comfort, durability and functionality. Using recycled instead of pure polyester produces lower carbon emissions.
The rest of the material comes with an OEKO-TEX certificate, which is very important to me. OEKO-TEX is an independent certification system for textiles that was established in 1992. The goal of OEKO-TEX is to ensure that textiles and textile products do not contain harmful substances that could be harmful to human health or the environment.
The materials used in the collection are linen, bamboo is back, viscose, tencel, cotton, recycled polyester REPREVE and polyester mix with viscose.
The collection consists of 26 items of clothing, some of them are already my basic models, only the color or material has changed, and I have also added some new models. The models have very clean lines and are minimal, with some details such as pleats, bows, folds… The STAŠA brand already has its recognizable minimalist style, and it is wearable for every day. That’s how this collection, like all my collections, was made to be timeless and wearable “for every day”.
