If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer free return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a different product/size.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and can’t be returned or exchanged.
- To initiate a return, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact Stasa.
- Returned items must be unworn, unused and in sellable condition, with all original tags attached.
- Personalized, altered, and made to order items are not eligible for return. Thank you for purchasing Stasa.
How to return or exchange the item:
- Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a pickup anytime from Monday to Friday.
- Carefully wrap the item in its original packaging to protect against damages in transit. Please include the return request or original invoice.
- Affix the prepaid return shipping label included in your original order to the package.
- Hand over the package to the carrier. If you prefer to use a different carrier, you will need to cover the cost of the shipment.
